 enefits that come from walking! This Just Walk session is led by Burlingto
 n Family Health Team Psychotherapist and Social Worker\, Tara Varela. Lear
 n about the benefits of nature on mental health. Mindfulness and intention
 al daily activities in nature support our mental and physical well-being. 
 Nature has the potential to improve mood and focus\, decrease stress\, imp
 rove quality of sleep\, and create a sense of belonging. After the talk\, 
 participants will have the opportunity to engage in an experiential activi
 ty focused on connecting with nature through the five senses. Following th
 is\, participants will have the rest of the hour to enjoy the walk\, refle
 ct on their experience\, and ask any questions about mental health.&nbsp\;
 </p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Holland in t
 he library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Ros
 e Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>W
 alking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all level
 s of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you compl
 ete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, 
 mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must 
 sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>Presen
