 ></em></p>\n<p>Daniel Seltzer is the Executive Director of Evergold at Hom
 e\, a Life Plan at Home program. He has over two decades of experience in 
 healthcare and aging spaces\, and is now most focused on identifying ways 
 that older adults can live independently for as long as possible. Daniel b
 egan his career as a volunteer in an adult day program before becoming a L
 icensed Nursing Home Administrator. Most recently\, he served as an Execut
 ive Director at an assisted living community in Columbus. He received an M
 S in Gerontology from the University of North Texas and a BA in History fr
 om Tulane University. In his spare time\, he enjoys spending time with his
  wife and three children\, watching baseball\, volunteering as an auctione
