 , was the first person to graduate from Howard University's fine arts prog
 ram. She worked as a teacher from 1924-1960 and only upon her retirement d
 id she become a full-time professional artist. Kids will learn a little mo
 re about her life and art before creating their own works.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>
 We will provide all the materials for this program.</p>\n<p>This is a free

 ggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under
