 le" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Japanese Beetle</a></strong>\, the plan
 t swap is limited to <strong>indoor plants only</strong>.</p>\n<h4><strong
 >General Guidelines</strong></h4>\n<ol>\n<li>All types of indoor plants ar
 e welcome.</li>\n<li>Please label your plants (labels will also be provide
 d at the library.)</li>\n<li>Check plants and roots for pests or root-rot 
 before bringing them to the event.</li>\n<li>Bring your plants in a portab
 le container - a pot\, a ziploc bag with damp paper towel\, etc.</li>\n<li
 >Arrive around 10:00 am to set out your plants. Swapping will likely begin
  around 10:30 am.</li>\n<li>Take any "leftover" plants home again.</li>\n<
 /ol>\n<p>While we encourage everyone to bring plants to swap\, you don't n
 eed to in order to attend. However\, we can't guarantee you'll be able to 
 take a plant if you don't have one to swap. The Library and the Park Spark
  team will supply a small number of bulbs\, cuttings\, and plants on a fir
