\nPre-registration is required for this workshop. \;REGISTER HERE. Those who qualify will meet in person at the Lilburn Branch meeting room from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
\nApplicants who complete the pre-registration fo rm and qualify will meet with an Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlan ta legal representative for a naturalization application review and legal assistance. \;

\n\;Eligibility Requ irements:
\n-Be at least 18 years old at the time
of filing Form N-400\, Application for Naturalization.
-Be a
permanent resident (have a &ldquo\;Green Card&rdquo\;) for at least 5 yea
rs or 3 years if you adjusted through marriage.
-Show that y
ou have lived for at least 3 months in the state or USCIS district where y
ou apply.
-Demonstrate continuous residence in the United St
ates for at least 5 years.
-Show that you have been physical
ly present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the last 5 y
ears.
-Be able to read\, write\, and speak basic English.
-Have a basic understanding of U.S. history and government (ci
vics).
-Be a person of good moral character.
