 services to eligible taxpayers.</p>\n<p>IRS-Certified volunteer tax prepar
 ers provide two types of service:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Drop-off/Pick up serv
 ice</em> - pick up a packet on the lower level of the Main Library during 
 all open hours. Complete the documents inside and return to the locked box
  located on the lower level of the Main Library. VITA volunteers will cont
 act you to make an appointment <strong>WITH VITA</strong> to pick up your 
 completed return. Turnaround time is approximately one week.</li>\n<li><em
