  to our day\, MLA is planning a fun and engaging event for our advocates a
 s well as their families and library patrons from around Michigan who are 
 willing to come to Lansing on that day but might not want to visit their l
 egislators: Read-In at the State Capitol. Bring your favorite book and pla
 n to take a seat on the steps of the Capitol or in any of the galleries an
 ytime between 1:00 &ndash\; 3:00 PM. Anyone and everyone is invited to att
 end the read-in\, you don&rsquo\;t have to register and we hope all librar
 ies and independent bookstores will encourage their patrons to come to Lan
 sing to help show their support. No signs\, no demonstrations\, no politic
 al agenda\, just a love of reading your favorite book.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></
