Embark on a mindfulness and movement adven ture through Costa Rica. Kids will listen to Melina Valdelomar's bilingual Spanish/English book "Zari &\; Marinita: Adventures in a Costa Rican R ainforest\," practice breathwork along with yoga poses and then do a craft featuring rainforest animals.

Led by Cynthia Chasteen\, Ph.D.\, R CYT\, ERYT-200\, a former elementary Spanish teacher. Cynthia facilitates yoga and meditation classes for children and adults and is the director of migrant education for the State of Missouri and an adjunct professor in M U's College of Education and Human Development.
