Confident Beginner Someone who can sew straight and curved seam s while keeping a consistent seam allowance\, can thread a standard machin e and wind a bobbin\, has a basic understanding of different fabric types and has completed several projects.
Intermediate Someone who is comfortable with wor king and threading sewing machines\, sewing patterns with markings and not ations\, has an understanding of fabric types and interfacing\, and has ex perience with using a variety of tools\, notions\, and presser feet.
Advanced Someon e who is comfortable with working and threading both sewing machines and s ergers\, sewing patterns with markings and notations\, has an understandin g of both woven and knit fabric types and interfacing\, and has experience using a wide variety of tools\, notions\, and presser feet.
