 ve ten minutes of clock time with three seconds added per move in the &ldq
 uo\;Fischer&rdquo\; timing method</li>\n<li>Writing moves are not required
 .</li>\n<li>There is no touch-move rule at this tournament\; you can touch
  a piece and choose not to move it.</li>\n<li>In the event that there are 
 an odd number of players\, a bye will be granted to a random player in the
  first round\, then to the player with the fewest points in the second and
  third.</li>\n<li>Parents and children can compete as a pair should they d
