 ne&nbsp\;shirt or other item of clothing they would like to tie-dye\, any 
 item must be 80% cotton or higher for the dye to hold.</p>\n<p>Gloves\, dy
 es and rubber bands will be provided. Each participant will go home with t
 heir item in a plastic bag with instructions on how to rinse and wash the 
 item to avoid staining other clothing.</p>\n<p>Please wear clothing you do
 n't mind getting stained. All dye being used is permanent</p>\n<p>Program 
 will be on the library lawn. In case of inclement weather\, the program wi
