  may be eligible for upcoming jobs and potential careers as live performan
 ce technicians.</p>\n<p>This workforce development program gives you the h
 ands-on experience you need while developing relationships with key people
  in the industry. Ultimately\, you'll gain the ability to be hired for ent
 ry-level employment at an hourly rate much higher than the current minimum
