 targeted to children&nbsp\;<em><strong>5 years old and up</strong></em> wh
 o have some ability to read aloud on their own.</p>\n<p>Library Program At
 tendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants withi
 n the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL progr
 am under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a
