Starti ng at 1 pm\, you can meet with Rangers and Naturalists from local area par ks\; listen to a program from a Summit Metro Parks Naturalist\; create ear th-friendly crafts\, including seed pots. Educate yourself at earth-based exhibits\, and challenge friends and family members with a variety of game s. \;

Stay until 3 pm to hear the talented Steel Drum Army\, w ho will have you clapping and smiling!

This concert will showcase the talents of students in grades 9-12 with learning disabilities\, autism \, and other challenges. This school specializes in helping all of our stu dents learn and grow into wonderful young adults in a warm and caring envi ronment. Melanie Stoll\, Steel Drum Army director\, teaches steel drums an d multi-percussion as a way for students to express their emotions positiv ely and with a wide variety of music they can connect to\, ranging from is land socas to pop songs.
