 oughout their life span. Brain health in turn impacts our ability to compl
 ete everyday tasks\, from the simplest\, to the most complicated. This pre
 sentation has been designed to provide you with an overview of how to take
  care of your personal brain health\, as well as common disorders/diseases
  that may impact your overall brain health. By the end of the presentation
 \, you will have gained awareness of resources that are available to you i
 n your community and online\, as well as activities that you could try/do 
 with yourself and/or a loved one\, to promote brain health. This presentat
 ion is suitable for all members of the community looking to learn more abo
 ut overall brain health\, whether it be for themselves or for a family mem
 ber\, friend or other related person.</p>\n<p><strong>Presenters:</strong>
 </p>\n<p>Brittany Aldworth\, OT Reg. (Ont.) and Elaine Lee\, OT Reg. (Ont.
 ) are both registered occupational therapists in the province of Ontario a
 nd work at Altum Health in Barrie. At Altum Health\, Brittany and Elaine p
 rovide services within the Neurology Specialty Program\, providing both as
 sessment and treatment services to individuals who\, as a result of a work
 place injury\, have experienced a concussion and/or other brain injury.</p
