  opinion and respectful discussion.</p>\n<p>This event can be attended eit
 her in-person or through Zoom. Discussion topics are typically announced 1
 -2 days prior to the event.</p>\n<p>July&rsquo\;s Topics Include:</p>\n<ul
 >\n<li>July 5th: Democracy\, the Supreme Court and the purpose of politica
 l parties</li>\n<li>July 12th: The Condition of the Illinois State Economy
 \, Budget and Taxes</li>\n<li>July 19th: The Week in Review</li>\n<li>July
  26th: The Right to Autonomy</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By attending Library programs
