\nAugust 1: W.A. Mozart&rsquo\;s Th e Magic Flute
\nJoin Tamino and Papageno&rsquo\;s daring rescue of P amina\, the princess who has been captured by the foreboding Sarastro. In this singalong storytelling experience\, children learn some of Mozart&rsq uo\;s best-loved melodies and find out how opera companies tell stories th rough singing. This session will include a special costume design activity : children will decorate their own crowns as they step into the roles of p rincesses\, princes\, queens\, or sorcerers.
\n\;August 8: Gary Clement&rsquo\;s The Great Poochini
\nJoin Palm Beach Opera for a r eading of The Great Poochini&rsquo\;s story. Meet the character who is the most acclaimed opera singer by night\, and a peaceful dog by day. Childre n will participate in a special craft activity to help The Great Poochini& rsquo\;s audience find their best opera-going outfits to attend the premie re of Dog Giovanni.
