At your own comfort\, we will explore ways to move our body that can increase strength\, mobility\, balance&ndash\;a nd inspire joy! During this class we will explore how creativity can enhan ce the movement experience and give us the courage to try new things. This truly is for everybody and can be enjoyed seated\, standing or a combinat ion of both.
\nSara Lavan has been teaching\, moving\, and making fo r over three decades. Her background in dance\, Pilates\, Dance for Parkin sons&rsquo\;\, Laban/Bartenieff\, Franklin Method and more give her a well -rounded approach to movement and dance\, and the ability to teach to a wi de range of ages and abilities. She thrives on introducing new ways of mov ement to communities\, and truly believes dance has the power to bring peo ple together.
