 l of 31 communities\, or approximately 25% of the MA population. Whether y
 ou are steeped in understanding building codes\, or don&rsquo\;t know what
  a residential building code is\, come to learn more at this webinar.</p>\
 n<p>This is the second information session Andover WECAN and the Town of A
 ndover have sponsored on the specialized opt-in energy building code. This
  forum will focus on the residential aspect of the opt-in specialized ener
 gy code. The opt-in specialized energy code only applies to new constructi
 on.</p>\n<p>Come to learn:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>What the opt-in specialized ener
 gy code is</li>\n<li>Why it&rsquo\;s important for the town and for indivi
 dual homeowners</li>\n<li>What it&rsquo\;s like living in an all-electric
