 th. Through programs like this\, we support young people in making a posit
 ive difference in their communities\, expand youth knowledge\, and enhance
  their understanding of Canadian culture\, systems\, values\, rights\, and
  responsibilities.</p>\n<p>This program is brought to us by the IRCC\, Lib
 rary Settlement Program\, and is done in partnership with the KW Multicult
