  sleep. You don't have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. If you can breat
 he\, you can do yoga. Give it a try!</p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor<
 /strong></p>\n<p>Renee is a graduate of the Veterans Yoga Project Mindful 
 Resilience yoga teacher training. Yoga was not &ldquo\;love at first sight
 \,&rdquo\; so she has a diverse background. She enjoys meeting people &ldq
 uo\;where they&rsquo\;re at\,&rdquo\; recognizing we&rsquo\;re all differe
 nt in physicality and experience.&nbsp\; Yoga helped Renee find greater ac
 ceptance of self. She is engaging and enjoys helping students feel empower
 ed. Renee is a Marine Corps veteran\, artist\, and an animal foster-mom. H
 er favorite place to relax is the Little Spokane River.</p>\n<p>By attendi
