The Racial Justice Challenge is designed to create dedicated time and spac
e to build more effective social justice habits\, particularly those deali
ng with issues of race\, power\, privilege\, and leadership. Each day of t
he challenge you will be presented with activities such as reading an arti
cle\, listening to a podcast\, reflecting on personal experience and more.
Participation in an activity like this helps us to discover how racial in
justice and social injustice impact our community\, to connect with one an
other\, and to identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of discri
mination.</p>\n<p>We hope that you will go into this challenge with an ope
n heart and an open mind\, ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone. We
know these discussions can be difficult and can bring up powerful emotion
s\, but your commitment to increasing your awareness is what will help mov
 e our community forward.</p>\n<p><br />Questions? Email connect@tscpl.org<
