Get out\, get active\, and enjoy all the b enefits that come from walking! This Just Walk session is led by Burlingto n Family Health Team Physiotherapist\, Adam Piccinin. First\, learn about "sleep hygiene\," \; the importance of sleep and how exercise and phys ical activity affect sleep. Get sleep tips to improve your sleep. And then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversatio n.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us near the Fire place area at the Tansley Woods Branch. We will then move to the outdoor s pace at Tansley Woods\, facing the grassy field just in front of the libra ry parking lot (just south of Upper Middle)
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk o r join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and w alking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.
