 sp\;5.2 million Canadians ages 19 to 70 were caregivers to a family member
  or friend with a chronic health condition\, disability\, or aging needs.<
 /p>\n<p>In this session\, Burlington Family Health Team system navigator\,
  Maria DiDanieli\, talks about where to find caregiver resources in the co
 mmunity and shares tips for taking care of yourself as a caregiver. Then s
 pend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy&nbsp\;walk&nbsp\;and fun conv
 ersation. It&rsquo\;s a great way to get out\, get active\, and enjoy all 
 the benefits that come from&nbsp\;walking.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10
  minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We wi
 ll then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just o
 pposite the south entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonde
 rful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking abil
 ity to participate in this event - whether you complete the entire walk or
  join us for part of the journey!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Walking devices\, mobility 
 aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a wa
 iver\, which will be provided at the start of the walk.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Pre
