 n with Historic St. Mary's City</li>\n<li>August 2: 9 am - 4 pm at Piscata
 way Park in conjunction with the Accokeek Foundation (THIS ONE)</li>\n</ul
 >\n<p>Choose a date and location that works for you. Institute is free wit
 h lunch&nbsp\;included\, but you must register in advance.</p>\n<h2><stron
 g>Each institute will feature:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on experienc
 e with a new website providing in-depth searchable access to the history o
 f Black\, Indigenous\, and other People of Color across Southern Maryland.
 &nbsp\; Geared to MSDE teaching standards.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Learning about
  local Southern Maryland history and sign posts from local historian and a
 rchaeologist Dr. Julie King.</li>\n<li>An Expo of local institutions provi
 ding a wealth of information on the history and opportunities for field tr
 ips and classroom presentations.</li>\n<li>MSDE CPD credit!</li>\n</ul>\n<
 p>This institute will include time to explore the Indigenous culture and r
 esources at Piscataway Park and the Accokeek Foundation.</p>\n<p>The insti
 tutes are brought to you by the <a href="https://calvertlibrary.info/resea
 rch-learn/southern-maryland-equity-in-history-coalition/">Southern Marylan
 d Equity in History Coalition</a> which includes the active participation 
 and support of the Calvert\, Charles\, and St. Mary's Public School System
