 Provo City Library card</a>&nbsp\;(or parent/guardian with a valid card)</
 li>\n<li>Only one entry per person</li>\n</ul>\n<p>CONTEST PERIOD</p>\n<ul
 >\n<li>Submissions accepted from June 1\, 2024 through July 14\, 2024</li>
 \n<li>Awards ceremony and film viewing party at 7:00 PM on Thursday\, July
  25\, 2024</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create y
 our original short film with the theme of &ldquo\;Adventure&rdquo\;</li>\n
 <li>Film should be 1-5 minutes long</li>\n<li>Film should be suitable for 
 audiences of all ages</li>\n<li>All music and images must have permission 
 from the creator or be in the public domain</li>\n<li>Upload your film to 
 YouTube (must be viewable during the judging period and the awards screeni
 ng)</li>\n<li>Complete the&nbsp\;<a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/

 l>\n<p>FILMING AT THE LIBRARY</p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you choose to film at the 
 Provo City Library (outside of the&nbsp\;<a href="https://www.provolibrary
 .org/basementcreativelab" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Basement Creative
  Lab</a>)\, check in with the reference desk before you begin</li>\n<li>La
 rge equipment setup is not permitted\, filming must not impede patron acce
 ss</li>\n<li>Be courteous of patrons using the Library</li>\n<li>Strive to
  only film those in your party</li>\n</ul>\n<p>JUDGING</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Film
 s will be judged by Provo City Library staff</li>\n<li>Judges will conside
 r the following criteria:\n<ul>\n<li>Theme incorporation</li>\n<li>Film ed
 iting</li>\n<li>Production design</li>\n<li>Sound mixing</li>\n<li>Writing
 </li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>&ldquo\;Viewer&rsquo\;s Choice Award&rdquo\; will
  be voted on by the audience at the viewing party on July 25\, 2024\, loca
 ted in the Shaw Programming Room\, #260</li>\n</ul>\n<p>AWARDS</p>\n<ul>\n
