X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Discover what you may not know\, but certa
inly deserve to learn\, in this most comprehensive\, versatile approach to
women's health and fertility. The Creighton Model is a gem for the enviro
nment within herself\, and the planet. This intro session is a glimpse int
o tried and true solutions as many girls/women suffer through half or thei
 r whole cycle\, for years or decades\, feeling a mess\, unaddressed\, depr
essed with symptoms just suppressed. Women deserve better.&nbsp\; When dot
s are connected\, disease can be corrected. Hormones are like instruments
in an orchestra and when they are inefficient or deficient\, this will dis
rupt the entire performance. This performance is life itself. From menarch
e to menopause\, look to the Creighton Model.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Pr
esenter:</strong> Jennifer Chirdo\, RN BSN MS FCP\, is a homegrown Roxburi
an who advocates her purpose with passion. Initially en route to a music c
areer\, her love of education\, health optimization\, and personal experie
nces surrounding inadequacies in our standard medical paradigm\, her path
became increasingly clear where she was meant to be. Jennifer is a Registe
red Nurse with over 20 years combined experience in Critical/Cardiac/Urgen
 t Care\, as well as Women&rsquo\;s Health and Fertility\, and Functional M
edicine RN Coaching. Jennifer enjoys reading\, journaling\, animals\, musi
c\, dance\, learning new things\, and outdoors adventures. She had incorpo
rated her love of music\, culture and healthcare as a Zumba Instructor her
e in town to motivate fitness through fun. While deciding between medical
doctor and psychologist\, she continued to pursue a little of both because
neither of them integrated the other\, so she obtained her Masters of Sci
ence in Health Psychology and Research during which she eventually landed
on Nursing. She believes the routes to wholeness require a gestalt approac
h which requires the assessing and addressing of all the parts\, and beyon
d\, including their interconnectedness. She remains inspired to promote em
powering information\, inviting people to become proactive participants in
their own care and not just feel better\, but to become better.</p>\n<p>R
