A physiotherapist from Burlington Family Health Team talks about th e various effects of pain and shares tips and strategies to balance your m ind and body through exercise. And then\, spend the rest of the hour enjoy ing a healthy walk and lively conversation.
\nPlease arrive 10 minut es before the walk. Meet us near the Fireplace area at the Tansley Woods B ranch. We will then move to the outdoor space at Tansley Woods\, facing th e grassy field just in front of the library parking lot (just south of Upp er Middle)
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdas h\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey ! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. Al l participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.
