National Physiotherapy Month is the perfec t time to learn about the benefits of being active and how physiotherapy c an help you achieve that goal. This session is led by Burlington Family He alth Team physiotherapist Anne Svetik-Jones. Hear how you can access \ ;free physiotherapy \;in Burlington and get exercise resources to help you reach your activity goals. Spend the rest of the hour enjoying a heal thy walk and lively conversation.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in Central Branch. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the s outh entrance\, facing New Street.
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to partic ipate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking co mpanions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provi ded at the start of the walk.
