 mily Health Team physiotherapist\, Anne Svetik-Jones.</p>\n<p>Learn about 
 the difference between physical activity and exercise and how much weekly 
 physical activity is recommended by the Canadian Physical Activity Guideli
 nes. Pick up resources to start planning new and exciting ways to keep act
 ive. And then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and livel
 y conversation.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us 
 in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space 
 at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facin
 g New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity and
  we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&m
 dash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the jour
 ney! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome.
  All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of t
