Get out\, get active\, and enjoy all the b enefits that come from walking! This session is led by Burlington Family H ealth Team physiotherapist\, Jessica Lammers. Learn about the safe ways to exercise while living with stiff or achy joints and where you can attend& nbsp\;free\, \;local exercise programming to improve your joints. And then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively convers ation.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centen nial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Ce ntral Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\, facing New Str eet.
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encou rage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whe ther you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walk ing devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All part icipants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.< /p>\n
