  for teens to explore their creativity and share their work with other tee
 n authors. Throughout the program\, we will explore the storywriting proce
 ss from beginning to end while creating a short story. Through writing pra
 ctices\, targeted editing\, and workshop sessions (free-write days where y
 ou can get open feedback from other writers)\, we will work to improve our
  creative writing skills and learn about the editing process. Those who at
 tend at least 4 sessions of the program will be invited to participate in 
 our Summer Arts Showcase on August 07 to share their final work with an au
 dience of group members\, family\, friends\, and local artists.</p>\n<p><s

  program is recommended for ages 13-18. No registration is required and no
