 e tents set up for a maximum of 20 people\, and seating for 30 people will
  be provided. Please be prepared to bring a lawn chair in the case that th
 e available seating is taken when you arrive. In the case of inclement or 
 extreme weather the program will be cancelled and each registrant will be
