The "Memory Café\;" is a social gath ering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun\, share experiences and stay socially connected. The program is not a form of respite care or a s upport group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied b y a personal care partner during the program.
