 t way to explore the ongoing&nbsp\;transformations at DC Public Library\, 
 by bike!&nbsp\;The&nbsp\;Tour de DCPL&nbsp\;was born in 2010\, a free comm
 unity bike ride that visits&nbsp\;a selection of&nbsp\;our&nbsp\;26 librar
 y locations.&nbsp\;Every year\, to celebrate&nbsp\;National Bike Month\, a
  group of library staff\, advocates\, and community members strap&nbsp\;on
  their helmets and hop on their bikes&nbsp\;to help the DC Public Library 
 promote environmentally friendly transportation and explore how our librar
 ies connect with the communities they serve.</p>\n<p>This year's Tour de D
 CPL will take place on&nbsp\;Sunday\, May 19&nbsp\;at&nbsp\;12:30 p.m.&nbs
 p\;The group ride will visit four downtown locations starting with the bea
 utiful West End Library and ending at Althea Tanner Park right on the Metr
 opolitan Branch Trail.&nbsp\;</p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>West End Library</li>\n
 <li>Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library</li>\n<li>Shaw/Watha T. Daniel
  Library</li>\n<li>Northwest One Library</li>\n</ul>\n</ul>\n<p>Riders wil
 l be able to enjoy refreshments\, pick up some great DC Public Library swa
 g and share fun trivia as we explore the architecture of the city's librar
 y system and consider where we have been\, where we are today\, and where 
 we are going.</p>\n<p>Register for Tour de DCPL today! Limited walk-up spo
