 a collaborative arts effort conceptualized by Swiss artist M. V&auml\;n&cc
 edil\;i Stirnemann.</p>\n<p>During an ATCs project\, artists create small 
 pieces to mutually trade with others.</p>\n<p>These small works are genera
 lly 2.5 by 3.5 inches\, the standard size for a modern trading card. ATCs
