 quo\;s certified yoga instructors guide you and your baby through a series
  of gentle yoga poses and stretches suitable for postpartum bodies. It's a
  wonderful opportunity to enhance your own physical development\, encourag
 e relaxation\, and strengthen the parent-child connection through nurturin
 g touch and play.</p>\n<p>No prior yoga experience required. If you have c
 oncerns about practicing yoga\, please consult your doctor first.</p>\n<p>
 Please register with Burlington EarlyON Centre using the yellow Register b
