  4 p.m. We will be reading <em>Rescue on the Oregon Trail: Ranger in Time 
 #1</em> by Kate Messner.</p>\n<p><strong>Registration is required. Please 
 note that you only need to register once for the entire series\, however p
 lease register each child separately.</strong></p>\n<p>Meet Ranger! He's a
  golden retriever who could have been a great search-and-rescue-dog\, exce
 pt for the squirrels -- but one day he unearths a mysterious box and finds
  himself transported back to the year 1850 where his faithful service is r
 eally needed by a family traveling west along the Oregon Trail.</p>\n<p>Ki
 ts for this online program will be available for pickup beginning Friday\,
  July 5\,&nbsp\;and will include a free copy of the book\, as well as supp
 lies for activities and crafts that will take place during the program. Yo
 u may pick up your kit at the library (Windsor or Severance branch) during
  our regular hours. If you would like to pick up your kit from the bookmob
