  Clara Barton branch to answer questions and assist patrons with the Fresh
  Match program.</p>\n<p><em>To be eligible for Fresh Match\, you must be a
  New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJ SNAP) recipient 
 and a loyalty program member at one of the participating grocery stores be
 low. To become a loyalty member\, simply visit a participating store and r
