Collaging offers a way to re-purpose and r e-imagine materials. It also has the ability to create connections between disparate images and ideas to tell a new story. The theme for this worksh op will be inspired by the Surrealism art movement. Participants will &ldq uo\;dream&rdquo\; in collage by exploring his work and creating their very own unique paper collages. This collage workshop is designed with the inv itation to engage with one&rsquo\;s creativity through self-expression\, p lay\, and be exploratory by nature. Students will be guided and invited to create their own collages in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. All materials will also be provided. Students are welcome to bring their favo rite magazines and/or paper clippings that they would like to incorporate into their collages. No experience is necessary. All are welcome!
