Annabel is the Opioid Program Man ager for Clay County Public Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education from the University of North Dakota. She is a Cert ified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and has worked in various areas o f public health including environmental health\, violence prevention\, tob acco prevention and control\, and now substance use prevention. Her curren t role focuses on combatting the opioid epidemic in Clay County using prev ention and harm reduction strategies. In her spare time\, Annabel loves to read\, cook\, and curl up with her dog\, Walter. \;
