 Lomberto&nbsp\;P&eacute\;rez Plasencia was born in 1948 in Pinar del Rio\,
  Cuba. In 1959\, with the arrival of Fidel Castro and Communism\, thousand
 s of Cuban parents became concerned about the possibility that they would
 lose legal custody of their children??Patria Potestad?. Thus was born the
 Pedro Pan Operation that\, under the tutelage of Msgr. Father Bryan Walsh\
 , brought 14\,048 unaccompanied children to freedom.&nbsp\;Lomberto&nbsp\;
 was one of them. This is his story.</p>\nhttps://mdpls.libnet.info/event/1
