DESCRIPTION:Kevin Kelley and his band will perform a variety of instrument

 ell\, near the intersection of Baltimore and Arnold avenues. In the case o
 f inclement weather\, the performance will be held at the Pt. Beach branch
 . Call the branch for more details.</p>\n<p>Registration is not required\,
  but whenever possible\, please register so that we can easily communicate
  in the case of an inclement weather venue-change. If the forecast calls f
 or inclement weather\,&nbsp\;a decision on a venue-change will be made by 
 4:00 pm on the day of the event\; any venue changes will be communicated h
 ere (the events calendar)\, through the registration list (if you register
 ed)\,&nbsp\;or by calling the branch.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Parking around the ba
 ndshell can be difficult in the summer. Carpooling\, biking\, or walking i
 s recommended when possible.</p>\n<p>There is no registration limit for th
 e outside event. Should the event be moved to the library due to weather\,
