 nd 27 at 12:15 pm.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p>Tai chi and qigong are the perf
 ect exercises for people of all ages and physical abilities. Incorporating
  slow movements\, proper posture\, and mindful breathing &mdash\; tai chi 
 and qigong provide many benefits when practiced regularly. Tai Chi is one 
 form of exercise qigong and is a low-impact\, weight-bearing practice and 
 internal martial art. Qigong\, which means energy cultivation\, includes a
  variety of movement\, meditative\, and medical practices.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>
 <strong>Wear exercise shoes and comfortable clothes\, and bring a water bo
 ttle.</strong></p>\n<p><em>Nancy Gardner is a certified instructor of tai 
 chi\, kung fu and qigong\, a licensed massage therapist and polarity thera
 py practitioner. A professional in her field for nearly 40 years\, Nancy t
 eaches a weekly tai chi and qigong class in Fairlawn and offers unique pro
 grams for groups and organizations\, various library branches\, and the Cu
