 fness and Other Communication Disorders\, the most intensive period for ac
 quiring speech and language skills is during the first 3 years of life\, w
 hen the brain is developing and maturing. Although the pace at which each 
 child develops their speech and language skills varies\, there is a natura
 l progression for mastering the skills of speech and language.</p>\n<p>Joi
 n Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Meridith Rose (<a href="https://ww
 w.hometeleslp.com/">HomeTele SLP</a>) as she explains communication (heari
 ng\, speech\, and language) milestones for children ages 2 to 5 years. She
  will also suggest activities targeting communication skills that can be e
 asily incorporated into daily routines.</p>\n<p><strong>June:</strong> Sat
