 brave Black folks that settled there in the 1940s. Part 1 told the back st
 ory\, showed video clips of 10 pioneer families interviewed\, and a curren
 t glimpse of Carver Ranches transformation from unincorporated Broward Cou
 nty to the progressive City of West Park. In this film\, 21 more families 
 share portions of their history. Their compelling stories will transport y
 ou to the era of &ldquo\;The Village&rdquo\;.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This project 
 is supported in part by a grant from Broward County Cultural &amp\; Art Di
 vision. Community screenings at the library are a collaboration with Browa
