She is an organizational Ombuds\, workshop trainer\, certified mediator \, executive conflict coach\, and dialogue facilitator. Considered a subje ct-matter expert on human capital risk and conflict analysis and resolutio n\, she has presented at numerous private and public events\, along with t he Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) national conference\, the Int ernational Center for Ethnic and Religious Mediation (ICERM) international conference\, the Peace and Conflict Studies international conference\, an d the New York City Society for Human Resource Management (NYC-SHRM) annua l conference.
