We&rsquo\;ll make new friends and explore everything from letters and numbers to turn-taking and getting dressed for recess to help you feel ready for your new adventures in kindergarten. Pl ease note parents/caregivers will be part of the learning process\, but th ere may be times we ask parents/caregivers to leave the room for a short p eriod of time to help children begin to transition to a classroom setting. This program is intended for children born in 2019 or 2020\, who are ente ring kindergarten in September 2024.

\nEarly Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregiv ers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experie nce for you and your child.
\nTransition to Kindergarten is offered multiple times through the summer\, and each child is eligible to register for one Transition to Kindergarten program series. We also kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the registered person do es not meet the program&rsquo\;s specified age requirements.
