 fused vinegars.<br /><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Diane O'Shea</strong> is a ret
 ired Professional Home Economist with an expertise in Family Studies educa
 tion having taught at the high school and Faculty of Education levels. She
  is an advocate for Food Literacy and has worked on initiatives as a repre
 sentative for the Ontario Home Economics Association. More recently\, she 
 has written food-related projects for 4-H Ontario. Diane and her husband\,
  Mike\, now live in St. Marys\, Ontario having retired from their Lucan ar
 ea farm a few years ago. Her interest in agriculture and food remains stro
 ng along with volunteering in various community groups including the Rotar
 y Club of St. Marys\, area Horticulture groups\, Stonetown Quilt Guild and
  Friends of the Library. She especially enjoys gardening\, sewing\, and cu
