Join us for a Jazz in July concert featuri ng the Al Cobine Big Band. This free outdoor performance will take place F riday\, July 19 at 7pm at the Bartholomew County Public Library in Columbu s. In the event of rain\, the concert will be moved indoors to the Columbu s Commons.
The concert will be emceed by WFIU host David Brent Johnso n. We encourage guests to bring lawn chairs\, blankets\, or even a picnic! Food trucks will also be available during the event.

The Al Cobine Big Band was founded in 1956 and has continued after the death of its esteemed bandleader. The band has toured with such legends as Elvis Pr esley and John Denver and is well-known in its own right for the quality e stablished when Cobine was alive.
